Mc.Niel’s Upcoming Events
Mr. Evans McNiel Rogers was born in
Anguilla and raised in the scenic village of
Shoal Bay. He currently works for the
Government of Anguilla in the Ministry of
Social Development.
Mr. Rogers completed his secondary
education at the Valley Secondary School
here in Anguilla, and then he traveled to
Kingston, Jamaica where he studied at the
College of Arts Science and Technology. Later on, Mr. Rogers
furthered his tertiary education at Tuskegee University in
Alabama, USA.
